Art for Obama

Shepard Fairey and Jennifer Gross have a crazy new book out through Abrams entitled, Art For Obama. Featuring artwork from more than a hundred International artists, including Ron English [illustration above], Lukas Ketner, Kwaku Alston, Maya Hayuk, and Lisa Anne Auerbach, many of the works were created before the election to raise money for the Obama campaign.

Louis Vuitton QR Codes by Takashi Murakami

3rd QR post in - guess I should explain what it is:

A QR Code is a matrix code (or two-dimensional bar code) created by Japanese corporation Denso-Wave in 1994. The “QR” is derived from “Quick Response”, as the creator intended the code to allow its contents to be decoded at high speed. Almost any phone with a camera and the use of an app like Beetagg can decode the message behind the QR.
